Accessibility Statement
Dermavitas should work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or voice control. This page explains our commitment and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Last updated: August 30, 2026 · Dermavitas provides cosmetic guidance only, not medical advice.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox, and review new features against these guidelines before release.
What we do
- A "Skip to main content" link as the first keyboard stop on every page.
- Visible focus outlines on links, buttons, and form fields.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Labelled form fields and named icon-only buttons.
- Colour contrast designed to meet AA ratios, and motion reduced when your device asks for it.
- Pages that reflow at 200% zoom and on small screens.
Known limitations
Photo-based features (skin analysis, Scan My Shelf, progress photos) depend on uploading an image. Every routine can also be generated from the written questionnaire alone, without a photo. Some third-party pages, such as Stripe checkout, are outside our control.
Report a barrier
If any part of Dermavitas is hard to use, email cyberprosoftware@gmail.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days and, where possible, provide the information in another format while we fix the issue.
