Dermavitas provides AI-assisted cosmetic skincare guidance: routine suggestions, ingredient explanations, product-label analysis, and conflict checks. It is informational and cosmetic only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for a licensed clinician. See our Medical Disclaimer.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Dermavitas.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission.

Core tools — skin analysis, routine generation, Should I Buy This?, and the conflict checker — are free. Premium unlocks features such as Scan My Shelf, the AI Skin Coach, progress photo timelines, and saved-toolkit features, as described on the pricing page. Feature sets may change as the product evolves.

• Premium is billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Because access is granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, email us — we deal with genuine problems fairly.
• Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
• Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and may be withdrawn at any time.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute our content or AI outputs at scale;
• Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to bypass access controls or Premium gating;
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual images;
• Use the service to give medical advice to others or to imply clinical diagnosis;
• Interfere with the service's operation or send automated abusive traffic.

You keep ownership of the photos and answers you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service (generating your analysis, routine, and timeline). We own the site, its design, copy, ingredient library, and editorial content; you may not copy it wholesale. Routine outputs are yours to use personally.

AI analysis reads visible surface signals from a photo and the answers you provide. It can be wrong, incomplete, or affected by lighting, camera quality, and makeup. Always patch test new products, introduce actives one at a time, and follow manufacturer instructions.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dermavitas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any skin reaction, irritation, or outcome arising from products you choose to use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create legal or security risk. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.
